Return & Refund Policies
Voulez.net LLC has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Replacement
If the received product is produced incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us at VoulezOrder@gmail.com and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors, contact you for instructions, and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. That’s our Protection policy for making sure for the quality of our artwork.
Refund
- In case there are issues with the reproduction; after receiving all the required information, full order refund will be made. That’s our Protection policy to make sure that our artworks are on par with your expectations.
- In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 14 days, no question asked, and we will credit your account, or issue you a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
